After many weeks of design development review it was decided to explore an alternative to relocate the entrance into the church and reorient the axis of the font and altar to bring everyone closer to the altar for celebrations of the Mass and to maximize seating capacity. The new design also accomplishes more efficient use of the existing spaces outside of the church itself, resulting in some cost savings. The steering committee recommended approval of these changes to Fr. Larry at their meeting on March 28. Further changes will be finalized in the next week or two.
