The Amador Catholic Community is comprised of six churches in three parishes located in the heart of Amador County in the Diocese of Sacramento, California. Bishop Jaime Soto is the Bishop of Sacramento. Our pastor is Father Thomas Seabridge, and Father Geraldo Rañin is our Parochial Vicar.
The parishes and their mission churches are:
But we're not just a group of church buildings! The Amador Catholic Community is a living, breathing collaboration of over 1400 Roman Catholic families. We worship in our individual parishes but enjoy the freedom to attend Mass in any one of our six churches, knowing that we truly are one large, extended family. Once a year we gather at our Amador Catholic Community Celebration where hundreds come together to celebrate the Mass at one time, in one location.
